  • Description: Spiral galaxy Messier 65 lower left, Messier 66 upper left. The galaxy on the right is NGC3628. Magnitude 10.3, size is 14.8 x 2.9 arc minutes. This image is a digital stack of three film images. Note that supernova SN1989b is visible to the lower right of the nucleus of M66.
