9.8 Barred Spiral Galaxy in Canes Venatici also known as the
Cocoon Galaxy, about 28 million light years away. The smaller
one visible just above it is NGC4485, an irregular starburst
galaxy of magnitude 11.9 at 30 million light years. The two have
interacted with each other and are moving away from each other.
