This glowing field of hydrogen is centred around the bright star Sadr
or Gamma
Cygnus - the central star in the consteallation Cygus aka The Northern
Cross.
At bottom left is the often imaged IC1318 or Butterfly Nebula, most
associated with Gamma Cygnus.
