IC 5068 aka LBN328 and also known as Forsaken Nebula, is an emission nebula in Cygnus right below the North America and Pelican nebulae. Just outside the frame (top left) is the bright star Deneb.

Luminance - BlurX, NoiseX, StarX, HistogramTransform. Saved the starless image as TIFF and then recombined the stars and starless and saved that as TIFF
Photoshop:
Luminance layered onto RGB then Selective Colour adjustment and a Levels adjustment. Burn tool used to dampen the enthusiasm of Deneb trying to enter the frame top left. Additional Noise Reduction via NoiseX. Save for Web
