459 - Bright Nebula in Cepheus - LRGB

Not finding a lot of info on LBN 459 but it is an interesting piece of
sky to be sure.

Images acquired using CCD-Commander and TheSkyX
Reduction and all pre-processing in PixInsight.
RGB processed in PixInsight using SPCC, BlurX, NoiseX, StarX then
HistogramTransformation, Curves and a masked Saturation boost to the
stars-only image then recombined.
Luminance
processed in PixInsight using BlurX, NoiseX, then
StarX followed by HistogramTransformation, Curves and
LocalHistogramTransformation (for
contrast) then the stars were restored.
LRGB combine and additional tweaks done in Photoshop. Lots of noise
reduction alas.
