Sh 2-150 appears to be part of the Cepheus Bubble, the expanding ring of gas and dust surrounding the star cluster NGC 7160 and the Cep OB2 association.

Camera: Apogee U16M w Astrodon GenII LRGB
Mount: Paramount ME (MKS 5000 upgrade)
H-Alpha 37 x 20 min
R/G/B 14/10/8 x 10 min each
Images acquired w TheSkyX Professional and CCD-Commander
Processing in PixInsight:
- WBPP script
- H-Alpha processed further with BlurX, StarX then HT, Curves and NoiseX on the Starless image
- RGB combine followed by SPCC, BlurX, HT and Curves, NoiseX
Processing in Photoshop:
- RGB split into individual channels
- H-Alpha then layered onto Red @ 100% and Blue @20% using Lighten blend mode
- Curves and Colour Balance
- cleanup
