M32 - Companion to the Andromeda galaxy
  • Description: M32 - companion to the Andromeda galaxy. M32 is the bright round blob to the left of the core of M31. Galaxy class is cE2, 9 x 6 arc minutes in size, magnitude 9. The galaxy to the lower right is M110. M32 and M110 are companion galaxies to M31, much like our own Megellanic Clouds.
