Messier 90 (L) 89 (c) and 58 (R) - Galaxies in Virgo

Description: Galaxies in Virgo. Messier 89 is the small elliptical galaxy left of centre. Messier 90 is the larger spiral towards the left, Messier 58 is the spiral towards the right. NGC's 4567/4568 are the interacting pair on the right edge, also known as the "Siamese Twins". Film: Hypered Kodak tech pan Scope: 6" f4.5 Newtonian stopped to f5.5 with a cardboard mask.
