  • Description: Nebulosity in Cepheus, also known as The Cave Nebula, SH2-155 and LBN 529. Very dim! Not an easy target visually. For this image I mapped hydrogen to red, oxygen to green an blue using the Foraxx palette. First "real" image with the ASI2600MM camera and for 2025.

  • Camera: ZWO ASI2600MM Pro at -15C, gain 100
  • Filter: Antlia 3nm SHO amd RGB V-Pro filters
  • Scope: Takahashi FSQ106N, 530mm F5
  • Mount: ZWO AM5N Harmonic Mount
  • Exposure: 5x3min per RGB filter, 24x10 min H-alpha, 16x15 min OIII. 8 hr 45m total
  • Guiding: ASI210MM via ZWO OAG-L
  • System Control: ASI Air+
